    Bloom

    Pour 40g at the centre and swirl gently to wet every ground.

    To 40g 10s Circular
  2. 0:40 02
    Pour

    Pour to 120g cumulative in steady circles, finishing around 0:55.

    To 120g 15s Circular
  3. 1:20 03
    Pour

    Pour to 200g cumulative. Do not swirl after this pour.

    To 200g 25s Circular
  4. 2:50 04
    Done

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

Hold the 40g bloom for the full 40 seconds and swirl gently to flatten the bed. The mid-brew pour goes in steady circles to 120g cumulative — no rushing the centre. Final pour to 200g drops in at 1:20; do not swirl after this one or fines climb the wall. Drawdown lands around 2:50 on light to medium roasts. Pull one click coarser if it stalls past 3:10.
