    Pour 200g of water, aiming to wet all the grounds.

  2. Wait 2 / 6

    Insert plunger ~1cm to create vacuum seal. Wait 2 minutes.

  3. Swirl 3 / 6

    Hold brewer and plunger, gently swirl to knock grounds off the top.

  4. Wait 4 / 6
    2:30

    Wait 30 seconds for grounds to settle.

  5. Press 5 / 6
    2:30

    Press gently all the way down. Stop at the hiss. ~30 seconds pressing.

  6. Done 6 / 6
    3:25

    Brew complete (~3:25 total).

Notes

Use boiling water for light roasts, 90-95°C for medium, 85-90°C for dark. Do NOT rinse the filter or preheat. Swirl, don't stir. Place plunger ~1cm in immediately after pouring to create a vacuum seal. Stop pressing at the hiss.
