Espresso-Style
AeroPress recipe mimicking espresso concentration. Fine grind, minimal water, firm press. Produces a ~50ml shot suitable for lattes, cappuccinos, or drinking as a short black.

Method

Pour 55g of boiling water. Stir vigorously for 10 seconds.

Notes
This isn't true espresso (no 9 bars of pressure), but it gets closer than any other manual method. Use the finest grind your AeroPress can handle without becoming impossible to press. Boiling water and firm pressing extract a concentrated, full-bodied shot. Double up for a larger drink.
