Notes

This isn't true espresso (no 9 bars of pressure), but it gets closer than any other manual method. Use the finest grind your AeroPress can handle without becoming impossible to press. Hot water and a slow, smooth press extract a concentrated, full-bodied shot. Double up for a larger drink.
