    To 30g 12s Slow

    Pour

    Thin, slow stream to 100g.

    To 100g 30s Slow

    Pour

    Continue slow pour to 170g.

    To 170g 25s Slow
  4. 2:15 04
    Pour

    Final slow pour to 220g.

    To 220g 20s Slow
  5. 3:00 05
    Done

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

The Mountain Dripper's inner cone creates turbulence as water flows through two stages of coffee. This design naturally increases extraction, so a coarser grind can be used. Pour very slowly — the design does the agitation work for you. Made in Kyoto, Japan.
