December Dripper is a coffee brewer brand co-founded by Nicholas Cho and Youngmin Lee, launched via Kickstarter in 2017. The December is a flat-bottom stainless-steel dripper with an adjustable rotating aperture that lets the brewer control flow rate independently of grind size. Nicholas Cho is also known for introducing the Kalita Wave to the US market and founding the World Brewers Cup competition.
