Pour 120g to saturate all grounds. Wait 45 seconds on Stage 0 (closed).
To 120g 15s Circular -
0:45 02Pour
Switch to Stage 3. Pour 250g in 1-2 steady pours to 370g.
To 370g 30s Circular -
1:45 03Pour
Allow partial drainage. Pour 160g to 530g.
To 530g 25s Circular -
2:30 04Pour
Final 150g pour to 680g. Gentle swirl.
To 680g 20s Circular -
3:45 05Done
Drawdown complete. Swirl server.
