    Pour 120g to saturate all grounds. Wait 45 seconds on Stage 0 (closed).

    To 120g 15s Circular

    Pour

    Switch to Stage 3. Pour 250g in 1-2 steady pours to 370g.

    To 370g 30s Circular
  3. 1:45 03
    Pour

    Allow partial drainage. Pour 160g to 530g.

    To 530g 25s Circular
  4. 2:30 04
    Pour

    Final 150g pour to 680g. Gentle swirl.

    To 680g 20s Circular
  5. 3:45 05
    Done

    Drawdown complete. Swirl server.

Notes

Stage 3 is optimized for 500-700ml brews. The coarse grind prevents the large bed from stalling. Pulse pours keep extraction even across the wide flat bed. Total brew time of 3:30-4:00.
