10s SlowAdd 21g of coffee to the brewing chamber. Shake to level the bed. Replace the dispersion plate. Pour 40g of water into the center of the plate. Wait 30 seconds for bloom.

Pour 2 / 40:40+320g add
To
360g
90s SlowAdd remaining 320g of water. Pour continuously for about 1.5 minutes. Pause briefly once or twice to allow water to drain.

Wait 3 / 43:00
Allow the chamber to fully drain. The dispersion plate ensures even extraction throughout.

Done 4 / 44:00
Remove top brewing chamber. Serve directly from the porcelain carafe.
