- 1 Preheat every porcelain part of the brewer.
- 2 Discard all the preheating water.
- 3 Add 21g of coffee and level the bed.
- 4 Set the dispersion plate over the brewing chamber.

Pour 40g over the centre of the bed. Pour through the dispersion plate. Let it steep.

Finish over the centre of the bed to 360g. Pour through the dispersion plate. Pause briefly 1–2 times if the water needs to drain.
