- 1 Preheat every porcelain part of the brewer.
- 2 Add 20g of coffee and level the bed.
- 3 Set the water distributor on top.

Pour 50g over the centre of the bed. Pour through the water distributor. Keep the pour gentle. Keep the water below the rim; do not overfill it. Let it steep.
