Notes

Nordic-style coffees are roasted very light and need higher extraction. The 98°C water and finer grind compensate for the hard-to-extract light roast. The spoon technique (pouring over the back of a spoon) reduces agitation while maintaining even distribution. Best with single-origin light roasts.
