Tim Wendelboe is a Norwegian barista and roaster, winner of the 2004 World Barista Championship and the 2005 World Cup Tasters Championship. In 2007 he opened Tim Wendelboe in Oslo's Grünerløkka district — a roastery, espresso bar, and training centre that has become one of the defining references of Nordic third-wave coffee.

He won Nordic Roaster of the Year three years in a row (2008, 2009, 2010). His direct-trade importing programme focuses on Latin American origins — including his own farm, Finca Tamana in Huila, Colombia — with direct relationships with producers and full traceability down to the lot.

His book Coffee (published in Norwegian and English) and his ongoing teaching have helped define the Nordic style: light roasts, high clarity, emphasis on origin character.

Gota catalogues his published recipes for V60, Kalita, and AeroPress.
