Light Roast

Tricolate Misc pourover by Tricolate

Tricolate's brewing guide uses a single pour for light-roasted coffee, relying on the flat bed, shower screen, and no-bypass body to regulate flow. It targets high, uniform extraction with vivid sweetness, articulate acidity, and a clean finish.

Notes

Use hot water and a fine, uniform grind for dense light roasts, but keep the bed level so the shower screen distributes water evenly. If drawdown is excessive, coarsen slightly; if the cup is merely sharp and weak, move finer.
