Tricolate Misc pourover by ACE Coffee Roasters

ACE Coffee Roasters pairs a light dose with a generous water ratio in this Tricolate guide. Boiling water and zero bypass push extraction while preserving clarity, producing a clean, articulate cup rather than a heavy concentrate.

Notes

Favor a light-roasted, well-developed coffee and use 100°C without a long kettle rest. If drawdown ends before about 5 min, grind finer; if the finish turns drying, first reduce agitation rather than lowering extraction broadly.
