    With valve closed, pour all 250g. Stir gently.

  2. 2:00
    Wait

    Steep for 2 minutes.

  3. 2:05
    Wait

    Open the valve. Let it draw down through the filter.

  4. 3:30
    Done

    Brew complete. Target ~3:30.

Notes

Start with the switch in the closed position. The cone shape gives a cleaner cup than French press.
