Cafec Flower Cup 4

Base Recipe

Cafeshi's baseline scaled for the Flower Cup 4. Same gesture as the single-cup version — 30-second bloom and two equal pours — at a 25g dose so the bed depth stays right for the wider 4-cup body.

Notes

Around 22 clicks Comandante C40, BWT-filtered water at 93°C. Dose pushed to 25g on purpose — drop below 20g and the bed gets too shallow for the Cup 4 to channel cleanly. Bloom of 83g for the full 30 seconds. Two main pours of about 166g each at the same pace. Total brew time around 3:30. A click coarser if it stalls past 3:45. Starting point for a new bean — taste it first, tune grind from there.
