Timemore B75

Agitated Bloom

The Basic Barista developed this B75 approach around an agitated bloom and one controlled circular pour. Made for the flat-bottom brewer with a Kalita Wave 155 filter, it seeks even saturation, a balanced cup, and an uncomplicated workflow.

Notes

During the bloom, swirl gently only until every dry pocket is wet; excessive agitation can slow the filter. Keep the main pour low and circular without washing grounds high onto the walls, and adjust grind before changing the pour pattern.
