Japanese-style flash-brewed iced coffee on the Kalita Wave 155. Brew at double strength directly over 130g of ice. The flat-bottom dripper produces a clean, sweet iced coffee.

    Drawdown into ice complete. Stir and serve.

Notes

Place 130g of ice in your server before brewing. The hot concentrate melts the ice, diluting to proper strength. Use a finer grind than normal to compensate for the reduced water volume. The Kalita's even extraction makes it especially good for iced coffee.
