101 Iced

Kalita 101 Kalita by Kalita

Kalita's 101 iced method follows the Japanese flash-brew approach, extracting a concentrated hot brew directly over ice. The compact dripper supports an even small batch intended to taste bright, crisp, and refreshing once chilled.

Notes

Load the server with 80g and use a finer grind than for the comparable hot brew. Keep the bed level during the reduced-water extraction, then swirl the server promptly so meltwater and concentrate combine evenly.
