Basic Barista's wave filter recipe using the Graycano Coin. Three equal pours after bloom for a sweet, full-bodied cup.

Method

0:00 01Bloom
Pour 50g slowly, covering entire bed. Let bloom.
To 50g 10s Circular -
0:30 02Pour
Pour 100g in steady circular motion to 150g.
To 150g 15s Circular -
1:00 03Pour
Allow coffee to draw down. Pour 50g to 200g.
To 200g 10s Circular -
1:30 04Pour
Final 50g pour to 250g.
To 250g 10s Circular -
2:30 05Done
Drawdown complete.
