    Pour 50g covering entire bed. Wait 30 seconds.

    To 50g 10s Circular

    Pour

    Pour 50g in slow spiral to 100g.

    To 100g 10s Circular

    Pour 50g to 150g.

    To 150g 10s Circular
  4. 1:30 04
    Pour

    Pour 50g to 200g.

    Pour

    Final 50g pour to 250g.

Notes

Used by World Brewers Cup competitors including Nicole Battefeld-Montgomery. Five pours with a finer grind extract more sweetness and complexity. Uses Sibarist FAST filter for the Graycano. The Lava-Rib geometry and double-wall design maintain thermal stability.
