    AeroPress inverted. Pour 50g and stir to wet all grounds.

    Add water to 125g. Stir once.

    +100g add
    10s Slow

    Add water to 225g. Attach filter cap.

    Flip onto mug and press slowly for ~30 seconds.

    Press complete. Stop when you hear the hiss.

Notes

The inverted method prevents any coffee from dripping through before you're ready. This gives full control over steep time. Add water in stages to ensure even saturation. When flipping, hold firmly and flip in one confident motion onto your mug.
