Notes

Recipe by Jibbi, Australian competitor, for the OREA Z1. An inverted-style technique where water goes in first, then coffee is added on top and stirred. Brew 94g concentrated, then dilute with 76g bypass water. Close valve during bloom and steep, open to drain.
