Notes

Wölfl won the 2024 WBrC with this recipe. Four pours with a final large pour. Used natural anaerobic Geisha from Finca Maya, Panama. The OREA V4's flat bottom with Sibarist FAST filter provides rapid, even drainage. Scored 481 points in the finals.
