Fellow's own recipe for the Stagg XF, their double-walled flat-bottom dripper. Kalita Wave filters and the flat bed spread water evenly, keeping extraction uniform even when your pours drift — a genuinely forgiving brew.

Notes from Fellow
Needs flat-bottom Kalita Wave 185 filters. The double-walled body holds slurry temperature well, so a cold kitchen won't cool the last pour the way a single-wall dripper would.

When it's done
It should finish dripping around 3:30. If not, change just one thing in the next cup:
- Past 4:10? Grind coarser
- Done before 2:50? Grind finer
- Bitter or dry? Coarser, or cooler water
- Sour and thin? Grind finer
