Fellow Stagg XF

Clarity Coffee supplies this pared-back method for Fellow's Stagg XF: a bloom followed by one continuous pour. The insulated, flat-bottom chamber supports the long addition, seeking a transparent cup with clean acidity and distinct flavors.

Notes

After complete bloom saturation, pour in controlled circles that keep the slurry level steady and avoid the wall. Minimal pulsing means grind does most of the dialing: go finer for a hollow cup and coarser if clarity gives way to dryness.
