Notes

Fellow's pulse-pour method uses aggressive, high-flow pours to agitate the coffee bed. Each pulse lifts and resettles the grounds, increasing extraction. The Stagg XF's insulated walls maintain temperature during the extended brew. This method works best with medium and dark roasts.
