Cold Brew

Quick 4-Hour

Cold Brew Traditional by Gota Team

A quicker cold-brew variation pairs a finer grind with room-temperature water to compress extraction into an afternoon. It aims for a convenient, aromatic cup with more immediacy and edge than a long refrigerator steep.

Notes

Grind between pour-over and traditional cold-brew coarseness, stir just enough to eliminate dry pockets, and taste after 4h. Strain by 6h if bitterness rises; chilling immediately stops extraction and settles fines.
