Method

  1. Pour 1 / 4

    Combine 70g coffee with 700g cold water in a jar.

  2. Stir 2 / 4

    Stir well to saturate all grounds. Cover.

  3. Refrigerate 3 / 4
    10h–14h

    Refrigerate for about 12 hours.

  4. Done 4 / 4

    Strain through filter. Ready to drink.

Notes

A straightforward 1:10 ratio cold brew. Mix in a jar, refrigerate 12 hours, strain through a fine mesh or paper filter. Less concentrated than Toddy-style, ready to drink without dilution.
