AeroPress

Strong 1:6

Tim Wendelboe's concentrated AeroPress method uses a high coffee dose, limited water, and a fine grind as an espresso-style alternative. It produces an intense short cup designed to stand up in milk or dilution.

Notes

Use 100°C water and give the brew 3 vigorous stirs. The fine grind extracts quickly, so extra movement beyond that can make the concentrate bitter. Serve short, dilute with hot water, or add steamed milk.
