    Pour

    Pour 260g of boiling water until AeroPress is filled.

    +260g 15s Slow
  2. 0:15
    Stir

    Stir back-and-forth from complete bottom to top with spoon. Avoid circular stirs. Place plunger a few mm deep. Remove from scale, swirl to level bed.

  3. 5:00
    Swirl

    Give the AeroPress another thorough swirl.

  4. 9:00
    Press

    Begin pressing gently. Takes about 1 minute.

  5. 10:00
    Done

    Brew complete (~10 min total).

Notes

Use 100°C water. Stir back-and-forth from bottom to top — never circular. The long steep achieves ~23.5% extraction yield. A Fellow Prismo helps prevent drip-through. Place dry filter, dry coffee, shake flat. Some water will drip through — don't worry.
