Method

    Pour

    Pour 225g of water as quickly as possible. Stir 3 times back and forth.

    +225g 10s Slow
  2. 0:10
    Wait

    Place plunger on top to create a seal and prevent dripping.

  3. 1:00
    Swirl

    Remove plunger and stir 3 times back and forth.

  4. 1:10
    Wait

    Replace plunger and press gently until 1:30.

  5. 1:30
    Done

    Press complete. Sweet and fruity brew with balanced body.

Notes

Slightly finer than V60 grind. Use hot water right off the boil for light roasts. Stir 3 times back and forth then let it steep. Quick brew at 1:30 total.
