Go Dark Roast

AeroPress Go Aeropress by Gota Team

AeroPress's inverted method for dark roasts on the Go: a low 85°C full immersion draws out chocolate, caramel and nut without the bitterness a hotter brew would pull, then a flip and slow press finish a smooth, sweet cup.

Notes

The low temperature is what tames dark-roast bitterness — don't push it hotter. Brew inverted, chamber upside down, so the coffee stays in full contact until you flip and press.
