Notes
Source: Voltage Coffee (voltagecoffee.com). The Walkure Bayreuth features a built-in ceramic dispersion plate that distributes water evenly without special pouring technique. A medium grind works well because the coffee bed depth and minimal agitation create a self-filtering effect. No paper filters, no metal — pure porcelain brewing.
