    Pour 77g (3.5x dose) onto the nest-shaped bed. Stir well.

    To 77g 12s Slow

    Pour

    Slow flower-pattern pour to 200g. Focus on the center.

    To 200g 30s Circular
  3. 1:40 03
    Pour

    Continue flower-pattern pour to 374g.

    To 374g 35s Circular
  4. 2:20 04
    Swirl

    Swirl gently and let draw down.

  5. 4:30 05
    Done

    Brew complete. Target ~4:30.

Notes

Use boiling water and a medium-fine grind. Pour in a slow flower pattern, hitting the center more often than the sides.
