    Add 25g water. Press filter plate very lightly.

    Pour remaining water to 180g. Place lid on.

    Let coffee drip through.

    Brew complete. Enjoy black to taste the origin flavors.

Notes

Light roasts in a phin produce a different but delightful cup compared to traditional dark Vietnamese coffee. Use less coffee and a gentler press on the filter plate to allow faster flow. The result is clean and fruity.
