Origami Dripper M

M Dark Roast

Open in app

Origami's official M recipe treats dark roasts gently through lower heat, a coarse grind, and two simple pours. The larger dripper supports a smooth, chocolate-led cup with satisfying body while keeping bitter, ashy extraction in check.

Notes

Set water to 88°C and use coarse grounds with minimal pouring agitation. A cone paper gives a cleaner finish; a Wave paper contributes more body. If bitterness remains, coarsen before lowering the temperature further.
