Notes

The Woodneck uses a reusable cloth filter that allows coffee oils through, creating a uniquely silky mouthfeel. Store the cloth filter in water in the refrigerator between uses. Replace the cloth when coffee starts tasting dull or takes too long to drip. New cloths should be boiled for 5 minutes before first use.
