Pour 40g in circular motion. Wait 30 seconds for degassing.
To 40g 10s Circular -
0:30 02Pour
Pour 80g of water in circular motion to 120g.
To 120g 15s Circular -
1:00 03Pour
Pour 60g in circular motion to 180g.
To 180g 10s Circular -
1:30 04Pour
Pour 60g to 240g.
To 240g 10s Circular -
2:00 05Pour
Final 60g pour to reach 300g.
To 300g 10s Circular -
2:45 06Done
