Notes

The house two-cup recipe that ships in the box of every O2 brewer. Three calm spiral pours on an Orea Wave filter, timed by the falling water level rather than the clock. Pour each time the water has almost reached the coffee bed. Dense washed coffees drain slower and finish later; more soluble processed coffees run faster — use the cup you enjoy most as your guide. There is no need to pre-heat the O2; a room-temperature brewer is fine. If the cup tastes hollow, tighten the grind before changing the pour.
