Orea Big Boy

The Pulse Two Cup

Orea Big Boy Orea by Orea

OREA's official Pulse Two Cup method scales the Big Boy into a practical everyday batch. Four equal additions make the larger brew easy to repeat while the wide flat bed supports even extraction, dependable sweetness, and two balanced cups.

Notes

Use four even 150g pours, covering the broad bed with the same path each time. Let the slurry settle between additions without drying out; coarsen if each pulse leaves progressively more water behind.
