Pour Over

Gina Misc pourover by GOAT Story

GOAT STORY's core GINA pour-over method exploits the valve as both an immersion stop and a normal percolation outlet. A closed bloom promotes uniform saturation before the open drawdown builds a clear, balanced everyday cup.

Notes

Close the valve before blooming, wet every dry pocket gently, then open it fully for the main pour. Use the integrated scale to hold an even pour rate; if drainage slows late, keep water away from the filter wall and grind coarser next time.
