Method

  1. Pour 1 / 3

    Add 300g of ice-cold water and set the valve to its most restricted position. Add ice on top to keep it cold.

  2. Wait 2 / 3

    Let it drip slowly through the coffee bed at about one drop per second.

    Cold drip complete. Serve over ice.

Notes

The Gina's adjustable valve allows cold drip brewing without specialized equipment. Set the valve to its most restricted position for a slow drip (~1 drop per second). Use cold water with ice on top to maintain low temperature. The Bluetooth scale helps monitor drip rate. Takes 3-4 hours for full extraction.
