Cold drip recipe using the GOAT Story Gina's built-in valve. The valve controls drip rate for a slow cold extraction without a separate cold drip tower.

    Add 300g of ice-cold water. Set valve to minimum.

    Slow drip through the coffee bed. ~1 drop per second.

    Cold drip complete. Serve over ice.

Notes

The Gina's adjustable valve allows cold drip brewing without specialized equipment. Set the valve to its most restricted position for a slow drip (~1 drop per second). Use cold water with ice on top to maintain low temperature. The Bluetooth scale helps monitor drip rate. Takes 3-4 hours for full extraction.
