Method

Close valve. Pour 270g of water over grounds. Stir gently. Place lid.

2:00Pour
Stir once gently. Replace lid. Continue steeping.

4:00Done
Open valve. Allow full drawdown. Should take about 1 minute.

Notes
Keep valve completely closed during the entire steep phase. Use coarser grind to avoid over-extraction during the 4-minute steep. Ceramic lid keeps temperature stable. Stir once at the 2-minute mark. Open valve for drawdown.
