Close valve. Pour 270g of water over grounds. Stir gently. Place lid.
To 270g 20s Slow -
2:00 02Pour
Stir once gently. Replace lid. Continue steeping.
To 270g 5s Slow -
4:00 03Done
Open valve. Allow full drawdown. Should take about 1 minute.
