    Bloom

    Pour 60g of boiling water. Stir with a chopstick to break clumps.

    +60g 10s Slow
  2. 0:45
    Pour

    Pour 150g in concentric circles to 210g. Swirl the Bloom.

    +210g 20s Circular
  3. 1:30
    Pour

    When water drains to bed level, pour final 150g to 360g. Swirl.

  4. 2:30
    Done

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

Fine grind with boiling water maximizes extraction through the patented micro-filter. Stir during bloom to break up clumps. Swirl after second pour. The steep brew bed geometry aids even extraction. Total brew time about 2:30.
