    Pour 100g of water. Stir or swirl for 30-45 seconds.

    Pour remaining 200g steadily in circular motion.

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

The large bloom ratio (over 5:1) with active agitation ensures thorough wetting. Swirling during the second pour keeps grounds agitated. Works with or without paper filter. Total brew about 2 minutes.
