    Pour 60g in the center. Swirl gently.

    To 60g 10s Slow
  2. 0:30 02
    Pour

    Pour to 150g in slow circles.

    To 150g 20s Circular
  3. 1:15 03
    Pour

    Pour to 250g.

    To 250g 18s Circular
  4. 1:50 04
    Pour

    Final pour to 300g.

    To 300g 10s Circular
  5. 3:00 05
    Done

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

The Espro BLOOM's double micro-mesh filter is finer than any paper filter, trapping even tiny fines while allowing oils through. This creates a uniquely clean yet full-bodied cup. No paper filter needed — just rinse the mesh filter after each use. The insulated walls maintain optimal temperature.
