Cafeshi's baseline ported to the Deep 27. Same dose, ratio and gesture as the Flower Cup 1 version — the 27° cone holds the bed taller, so the grind opens up two clicks to keep contact time honest.

Notes

Around 24 clicks Comandante C40 — two coarser than the Flower Cup 1 baseline. The narrow 27° cone keeps the bed tall, so the grind has to open up or the cup overextracts. Bloom of 50g for the full 30 seconds. Two main pours of 100g each at the same pace. BWT-filtered water at 93°C, Cafec abacá paper. Total brew time around 3:40. Longer drawdown is expected — the deep bed is what gives this dripper its body. Starting point for a new bean — taste it, then tune the grind.
