    Pour 25g gently at center.

    To 25g 8s Slow

    Pour

    Continuous center pour to 80g.

    To 80g 15s Slow
  3. 1:00 03
    Pour

    Continue center pour to 150g. Do not move the stream.

    To 150g 15s Slow
  4. 2:00 04
    Done

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

This is the recipe CAFEC uses on their product page and video to showcase the Deep 27. The narrow cone eliminates the need to control water placement. Pour steadily at the center and the dripper self-regulates extraction through its deep filtering layer and Abaca+ paper. Brew should not exceed 2:30.
