Pack Katisomaskul's three-pour routine from his third-place USBrC 2024 run. Skips the small-pulse approach: two slow openers followed by a finisher delivered very high and hard from the kettle to control fines through bypass.

    60g slow circle pour.

    To 60g 10s Circular

    Pour

    90g slow circle pour to 150g.

    To 150g 14s Circular
  3. 1:20 03
    Pour

    90g pour from very high above the dripper, very hard from the kettle, to 240g.

    To 240g 10s Circular
  4. 2:40 04
    Done

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

Filter: Sibarist Fast. Grinder: Comandante C40 at 20 clicks. The final-pour technique is the signature: lift the kettle high and let the water hit the bed with maximum agitation. Creates bypass and prevents the bed from clogging at the finish.
