Kenzie Chay's routine for the USBrC 2024-25 qualifiers — the UFO Dripper's co-designer running his own machine. Two short 50g pours, then two longer pours over a Melodrip Lift, all at a steady 12g/s.

Notes

Coffee: washed Caturra from Jamison Savage, Chiriquí, Panama (1450-1600 masl) — the compulsory #1 for the USBrC 2024-25 cycle. Filter: Sibarist Fast Flat. Grinder: 1Zpresso K-Max at 6.8, ~750 µm. Water: Apax Lab Tonik/Jamm/Lylac mixed in 550 mL, drops 19/3/6, target 90 ppm TDS. Flow rate held at 12g/s for every pour. The brand page does not specify temperature; defaulting to the UFO baseline 92°C.
