How it brews
Sibarist's fast abaca paper cut for the UFO's 80° cone — a special edition made for that brewer's own seat, so it's brewer-specific and doesn't interchange with standard V60 or Kalita papers. It's the same high-permeability, low-clog abaca sheet as the rest of the FAST line, shaped to the UFO geometry, which Sibarist frames as letting you grind finer without choking the bed (its own claim, not measured here). Reach for it when you want an open, high-clarity cup on the UFO. Specialty, single-use, with the usual rinse.
